Qual a diferença de “birthday” e “anniversary”?

Hello, hello, hello! How have you been, my dear readers?

I hope you and your beloved ones are all safe and sound.

OMG, people! Today is a very special day, because it’s celebration time here on Curitiba Cult (CC)! YAAAYYY!

Well, we’ve got news for you… There’s a new layout in the house, a brand new design on our website and social media (I believe you’ve already seen it), and also CC has just turned 8 years old.

Happy anniversary, my beloved Curitiba Cult!!!!!!!!

I just love to be part of the team and share my story with you! Go, CC! Go!

Birthday x Anniversary

Bring back my Cambridge!

anniversary

the day on which an important event happened in a previous year:

  • We always celebrate our wedding anniversary with dinner in an expensive restaurant.
  • Tomorrow is the 30th anniversary of the revolution.
  • To celebrate our wedding anniversary, we gave a big party.

birthday

the day that is exactly a year or number of years after a person was born:

  • Happy birthday, bitch!
  • Are you going to Ellen’s birthday party next week?
  • It’s her 21st birthday.

Para finalizar, deixo essa belíssima canção de Mama Ru. Get the lyrics and lipsync for your life, CC!

That’s all!

xoxo
